And apparently placed in a container of carbon fiber and titanium. I'm not sure what you are talking about. How the interior is packed has nothing to do on how the package was damaged during shipping. As far as I know, we are all still using cardboard boxes as the shipping container. There is minimum amount of care you expect the shipper to take.
Maybe use FedEx next time.
