How the interior is packed has nothing to do on how the package was damaged during shipping. As far as I know, we are all still using cardboard boxes as the shipping container. There is minimum amount of care you expect the shipper to take.  Maybe use FedEx next time. |
Take an empty box, Seal it as normal, then drop a 20lbs weight on it. Take another box, fill it tight with peanuts, and then see what happens when you put a 20 pound dumbbell on it.
