Yes, clutch cable and swing arm under the trans should be disco'd. Just wiggle it loose and take your time to double check everything is free. I've seen plenty of wire harnesses stretched and broken with snapped connectors and the like. Doesn't take much pressure and they can be a pain to repair properly.
