Clearly I didn't have enough to do this morning so I emailed the seller ... here is his reply ...
"Yes it is 99% surface rust. Only 2 small spots that I mentioned are below gas door and on the fender at the edge of front bumper Both spots are about the size of half dollar. All the rust repair is a easy repair!! All which could be fixed in a days time. The car does not have any mechanical history and I do have a Porsche manual log book (oil changes and such) that goes with the owners manual. My plan is to let the auction run of course but if we could agree on price before ending I would do so. Car is at 15,200.00 right now and I have a good idea what it is going to bring by end of action. Make me an offer"
Fixed in a days time !!! ... Now I need to go to the optician and get my eyes checked, then i need to work on my Math and figure out where I have gone wrong with my study of percentiles ...
