My concern would be that you first flush the brake system normally so you aren't pushing any contaminants up into your master cylinder when you reverse bleed.
I've reverse bled the clutch slave by using the LF caliper as my pressure bleeder, just ran a small hose from the caliper bleed screw to the clutch slave bleed, worked like a charm.
