Not a lot; the oil leak is probably the RMS, so you are looking at $2-3K to pull the Tip, update the IMS and RMS, throw in a new AOS while the Tip is out because it is out in the open at the time. Add in a set of new chain tensioners at a minimum (the car may need the chain paddles as well because the early ones wear more quickly, which will add a substantially larger amount to the repairs tab) and you could be in the $5K range to fix everything.
If you can get the car a the right price, it might be worth doing, but you need to think about what you are going to spend immediately just to put it on the road......
