I think an original 74 US Carrera coupe in a good period color could easily bring $70k today at retail, maybe even a bit more. For whatever reason, the 75 Carrera is less desirable (perhaps the tail), and prices are not as high. Keep in mind that original doesn't mean restored. Truly original cars are commanding a significant premium today.
