Thank you gentlemen for your kind feedback, I was not one for the "book learning" when younger so please excuse the poor Speelin, Grama and Punkuasian:-)
I'm glad your enjoying my journey too, its the least I could do as i've gained so much knowledge and entertainment from this (International) community in the last year or so. I hope by sharing my experiences they may be useful to somebody tackling a similar job or even like i was a few months ago, waiting, looking, learning and I suppose deciding what 911 was right for me.
