i am suffering a chest cold. i am full of snot..and i have a wet cough. getting better, so i am in a good mood.
this morning, i moved the mountain bike aside to get to my road ride. decided to get out, get some sun..stretch the lungs. i was feeling pretty good. a couple of cyclist all decked out. even the aero shoe covers..all slender, matching outfits..come zipping by.
i let out a hearty "good morning!"..i kid you not..they all stared at me and look at me like i spoke some crazy foreign language. if it werent for the badass oakley they were wearing, i could probably see the eye rolling.
granted i look like 10 lbs of sugar stuffed in a 5 lb sack..wearing my new cycling jersey..haha..
got me thinking. is road biking like taking a piss at the urinal? you dont talk to the guy next to you?
i cant get mountain bikers to shut up. we chat all the time. talk gear, talk wildlife..talk about the hot female trail joggers..
