I have had another Positive customer service experience, this time with Otter Box phone cases. As some of you know, because of my business, my phone is my lifeline

so like with my cars, I try to get the best stuff, as my livelihood depends on it.
Well, the other week, I was trimming a few branches for a friend, and the latter fell out from under me, close to 8' fall, on my back, hitting my head on the bottom of the tree, and landed hard enough on my phone(in my pocket) that the outer shell split & flattened out

but my phone wasn't damaged.
Well, I knew that it had a warranty, so I contacted customer service, filled out the online paperwork, sent the required pictures of the damage, with hand written name & date. The responded telling me that that a new shell was being sent out to me and I got it yesterday

Just wanted to share my positive experiences to show that some companies still do look out for their customers and stand behind their products.
