The accident is what would put me off. You can go on Craigslist all day and buy nice driver 914's for $5 to $6K. I do see 914's in the $12K price range (which is where I would price my '72), but at that price they better be damn near perfect. Perfect paint, zero rust, and some good performance. I think the 2.4L is a real nice plus, but the accident history to me takes it down a couple notches from perfect and away from demanding top dollar.
BTW, I am just basing my opinion on the description. I can't see the images, as I believe others can't, since Photobucket is blocked by my work. Attaching the images via upload in Pelican may help...
