maybe rollers on the lumber rack with a winch on the cab over portion of said lumber rack and tug it on sans trailer? if the launch is concrete might even be easier to reload with the back of the truck in the drink up to the bumper while the boat floats than at home??? I know climbers have methods of rope n pullies that might enable you to pull on & up from the trailer hooked to the truck when loading from home? some well thought out ramps from the trailer to the lumber rack could also help coax it up. it's near done in my head,, sans the knots n pullies part....
