Practice making people happy and happy people will be at the door. If you want a niche market you will have to go get it at shows or in targeted advertising. That's the harder way but if can also bring a loyal group of customers.

What Milt said but let me add from the supplier standpoint. The shop needs to be clean. The cleaner, the higher quality of work the more cliental you'll have. Make improvements to the shop if needed. Good luck!!
