Yeah clean and prep would be almost mandatory I would think. As mentioned above some complimentary service ideas:
1. clean and prep
2. Anodizing
3. Ceramic coating?
4. Water jetting
5. Certain texture painting. (Like crinkle-coat, etc..)
6. Polishing
