Yes Vash it is not just cyclists that pretend that you are not there. I went to my Jasper hike trailhead where the trail ended and seeing a couple of women and young men getting ready to leave, I asked how the trail condition was. One young guy(30 yo) just smirked at me and totally ignored me but the female(cute and friendly) said that they had just run it and the trail condition was good. I assumed by the time of day they had achieved the 27 miles in about 8 hours. It took me all day to walk it the next day. Arrogance and ignorance is rampant among some so called elitist sporty types...I don't think I am a threat to anybody at the age of 67 sitting in my Porsche Boxster.
