Nah, wouldn't work for a lot of reasons; he's lost all faculties, he's not an Oregon citizen, and the requirements are extremely stringent for assisted suicide, as they should be. Lots of hoops to jump through to make sure that
you are the one making the decision, that you have a terminal illness and your quality of life is going to deteriorate, and you are mentally competent to grasp what you are doing.
