Thanks, I just finished replacing them; I'll apply the appropriate torque. As for the wave-style washers, I just used a dremel to remove any rust. They actually weren't in bad shape. In retrospect, I probably should have used the nylon locking type of nut but I didn't, however; a small amount of anti-seize compound was applied to each stud. Sooner or later, I'll have to replace the struts, like everything else. (As anote: the white streak on the red paint is not anti-seize; it's another project to address all the hard to remove spots.
