Wrong forum but I will offer advice....
By "rust" do you mean brake dust or actually rusty water droplets from the rotors?
If water, I would suggest you use an air dryer to get the water that hides in the wheel/tire crevices when drying the rest of the car off. I use my leaf blower and then go over the wheels with a towel. I use this method on all of my vehicles and have great results. I use the blower on the entire car to get water from the nooks and crannies.
