Well "un-clipping and rotate" DID NOT work ...as while I was moving the chain (with tape on it, used as a coupler), it was traveling so much in one direction and so much in other direction then it stopped by some sort of stop inside the rotating mechanism.... so to make story short...

I've fixed those Verticals, here is how, but first wanted to tell that It was a PITA to find the answer, so I have to apply some ingenuity in the process, hope that would help fellow Pelicans:
