Now you are a poetic genius, Dic, or I mean Mic.... I mean a person like you has such a way with words, "more deeper"! Maybe you should sell the Porsche and take up some English classes! People like you piss me off, instead of listening and understanding what a person has to say, you just spit out a bunch of garbage, Mr. More Deeper I'm talkin' to you ( I am trying to talk down so you understand what I am sayin', k!). I thought that people who drove the Porsche would drive them for the machine, not a pissing contest!! People like Mic belong in Corvettes, with balding heads and ponytails! I am trying to find out if I want a Porsche and I am asking questions to make up my mind, not to have some ignoramus like you tell me to go on a bulletin board you belong on. By the way, why would I go to a Chevy or Pontiac board if I was a Ford person, Slim?! Next time, turn the car off when you are sitting in the garage, it's rotting your brain! So far the difference between the Porsche and Mustang is simple, everyone has a complex when they drive a Porsche that belongs to a teenager! I drive my car because I am a car buff, not to have some pissing contest and I race because I find it enjoyable. I don't street race much, but I can say I like to jump off the line occasionally and thoroughly like to go through the twisties to see my limit and my cars limit. I was praising the Porsche, it's looks, along with it's sound, but I am trying to find the reason to go to a Porsche. So far, from what all the Porsche owners have said is that they are expensive to buy, expensive to maintain and expensive to insure. They have also reported that if you jump off the line you will splinter the tranny and have the ability to hurt the engine. So, to draw a conclusion, what am I to gain by getting a Porsche? You all can talk about the love of the car and the family like quality of it, but you are all talking out of your hind side. I was looking around today and found a Lambo Countach that looks attractive, maybe I'll take a peek at that. Maybe they won't be so stuck on themselves as well.
Mic, get a life and some grammer lessons. Oh, and stop talking trash about seeing anything in your rearview! You are even worse then the last person with the Bondurant frame on the car!!
This is probably my last post as I am getting bored with hearing the garbage some of you have to say.
Final thought:
Porsche, great looking, but worse then a Jag to fix!!

The pleasure of owning a Porsche is more deeper than nuts and bolts, its more like "a relationship" with a new member in your family.
If you already have spent some time with a good Porsche and are still asking questions well you are right, Porsche cars are not for you so stick with your toy and use your time to look at Camaro and Firebird bulletin boards where you may find some new friends too.
Salute
Mic
I see you in my rear mirror
