From what I can gather in the emails I have recieved, there are many many people out there that look at this site everyday that are not Porsche owners. Some of them have the same idea of the responses I have recieved and others think I should have just not posted any comments at all as soon as I understood the car was not for me. I am glad I did so I could see first hand what company I would be in if I purchased the vehicle. I know that there are stuck up Corvette owners, as well as Mustang owners, but a Porsche owner that is like that? FYI, I bid on a 951 in an auction but ended up being out bidded in the end. I also bid on and went to see a 944 N/A that looks like a euro turbo. The owner said that he had replaced everything, but the fourth belt loosened and it needed to be replaced. He also told me that it would cost about $3k due to the fact that the engine would have to be pulled and it is a hard task. Is that right, I have no idea. Like you all have come to understand, I didn't even know there was such a car as a 951 before coming on here! I did not come on here to praise my vehicle, since I think the Porsche is a superior vehicle to mine! I came on here to simply find out the Porsche that would give me the high and adrenaline my current car does. I would be willing and able to get a Turbo 951 and do work to it, but I also want to know that it will not break as often as a Jag (I have had two of them and don't want the nightmare again). The reason for not going to a Mustang board was to find out info about the cars you care so much about. I have made a decision to keep my vehicle and get a Porsche. I have the best of both worlds this way. Have a great day people. Rabbit, lighten up and stop using so many ......... I had a hard time understanding what you were getting at. Mic, is the GTR importable?
See ya on the streets.........

You like the way they look, but you don't want to spend the $$$ to buy and maintain one. I can't blame you they are expensive and your mustang gets you from point A to point B alot cheaper and from what you say faster. But to the people here the precision, handling, and character of our Porsche's make it worth the money to us. I could never make the decision you have to drive a mustang because I cant stand the things, but I also cannot condemn your decision. If that's what you like then by all means drive it, but we dont want to hear about it. Your angry that people make harsh comments toward you, but you do the same to them. Your original question asked us what kind of Porsche we recommend you buy, Not here is why i wont buy one and this is how great my mustang is. You can have a fast mustang for less than a fast Porsche, but to everyone here it is obviously not worth it. If you want to talk about your mustang and how it can beat Porsches then go to a mustang board.
