It's the rear shift coupling.

Carl's upgraded one....



I have mine out, just debating on replacing bushings, and letting her ride, or save my dimes to get a new one. I am leaning towards repairing, since I already ordered bushings.....just don't know how to replace them...lol...I don't have them yet anyway, just planing ahead.
