While the tire crewman seemed a little too nonchalant despite the potential hazards, to announce that Dixon had no responsibility for the collision is irresponsible. I think the video clearly shows Dixon's car drifting slightly sideways exiting his pitbox which placed that crewman in harms way.
As for the race itself, is it me or do the announcers as well as drivers have a short track mentality? That is, some drivers obviously feel no hesitancy to bump competitors out of the way. I saw examples of drivers bumping and running other cars off the track/into a wall even if it was only a front wing breaking their rear tire plane, and some of the announcers were okay with it (some not all in agreement). I expect that type of bravado at a NASCAR event where collisions seem to be tolerated for the audience's pleasure.
