Jim my 17x8 front rims are 3 piece custom offset with 16x6 Fuch centers.
Do you have to use a stock Fuch 7 inch rim in your class?
Are you in a spec tire class too?
If not I'd check the 17 and 18 size tires too before commiting to 16 rims.
To answer your question, I do not know which 16x7 Fuch had the most negative offset.
As you know you can find custom rims at many places.
My rims are from Mirage International in San Diego,
set of four offset rims start at about $1800 up.
