I hit 188K on my C36, had one HG, no harness done and otherwise solid. Lots of stupid little things, HG, MAF sensor, the EGR line plugs but EZ fix, likes to get hot when it's warm out and you are idling (get used to it), lots of CEL for stupid reasons. It'll keep you busy but not stranded.
