NCAA admits there is no evidence he received money for autographs but he violated "the spirit" of the rule because he should have known that
someone would be making money because he signed so many autographs.
This is tyranny. I wish A&M and Manziel had sued the idiots. Terrell Pryor had his career seriously derailed because he traded autographs for tattoos.
The NCAA wants to keep the slaves on the farm.
