First off, Manziel is not a cadet. Secondly there is no evidence that he lied, cheated or stole.
Notice I said evidence, from what I have seen it sounds like his friend Nate may have been paid for the session and not Manziel. It doesn't pass the smell test to me, but the NCAA has lots of egg on its face today.
