Definitely 3.2 Valve guides. Mine are just fine in my 1984 with over 100K on the clock. As are most of my friend's 3.2 cars.
The rabid, foaming at the mouth debates over motor oil. For god's sake, just use a decent brand and change it often.
The very confusing "back-side" valve adjustment procedure. Sheesh! Just follow the Bentley and you'll be fine.
