My family is with kaiser and has been forr a few year now. They are in the 'pro' side of the list for me staying in California instead of moving to Florida. The care is top notch, I don't have to wait to see a specialist. I havent had a life threatening need but when I have asked via email I have always been given a yes via email. Only once did I ask in person for an ENT and that was equally simple.

I may be a number but the better my health the less I cost so they spend a lot on preventative and education.

Under the different ppos I had before I could never tell if my bill was right and it was always stressful. That absolutely never happens at Kaiser, it will depend on your employers plan of course but I really do love them as a provider.
