This a terrible story and I'm sorry to hear it, but how on earth did you not see any reports on this company online? Their rep is right there with Motor Meister, as someone else pointed out, and the reviews are scathing, including on this forum.
I've only ever shipped a car with a small, independent operator whom I trusted completely. I rarely ship cars and would just expect damage from any low-bid, broker/clearing house scumbag operation. I picture the drivers as old-time carnie types, shifting gears between hits of meth and dalliances with truck stop tranny hookers.
Sorry, but you must have done close to zero research before hiring them. Do the world one large favor and post what you've written here on Yelp, maybe even cut and paste + a link to this thread if it's allowed.
