Holy batcrap. That is way cool. Looks like TSX? I had a Max Motorola replica, but the tubeset was lost on me, I'm riding a 50 at 135 lbs. Still, I covet that bike and a 7 11 Merckx or Serotta.
Dag Otto? I have a jersey signed by him after the Richmond team TT (actually, the whole squad-Phinney, Walton et al)the year he won Tour de Trump thats framed and in my x's media room, gotta steal it back.
As to the meat of your thread, I rode nothing but Campy for 20 yrs and was gifted a D/A 7900 (last year of external cablse) bike, and I have to say that its flawless. I miss the thumb lever occasionally, and once or twice I brake while looking for the big ring, but other than that, its like buttah.
