After 3 years I would recommend draining the fuel tank and changing the fuel filter. Disconnect the fuel inlet to the fuel head and let the pumps run new fuel through the lines to that point. Re-connect and run the pumps again to flush new fuel through the head and WUR.

Yes change oil and brake fluid. Tranny should be OK.
