I would think if it passes a PPI, the low miles would be a big plus.
Having the records is a plus too.
I don't know if PTS makes it anymore special either (or what value the exclusivity of the color choice would add), but again, I would think that as long as you love the color, it sounds really good overall.

I think that the seller would base the asking price more on the car's condition and lo mileage and less on the color (which might appeal to fewer buyers).

Try comparing the price to other cars of similar mileage and condition, and ignore the color to determine if it they're asking a fair value.

This is just my opinion.
