I don't think the option "paint to sample" has any value, apart from what value is added or subtracted by the color of the car. That's to say, if most people like the color better than the other colors Porsche offered in 1986, then it might add a little value. The color can also hurt the value, if it is one that doesn't appeal to many buyers.
I've looked at the ad and I don't think the car is in exceptional condition. It's not even well detailed for sale. I think the seller is asking way too much for what he's presenting. Had the car been kept in better shape while he owned it, that would be another thing.
I wouldn't be worried about the low mileage.
