It's the late great Kiwi surfer/shaper Allan Byrne - not sure what the spot is - I got it from this August news article about his recent and unfortunate tragic death.....R.I.P. Allan.....

His wife of 30 years Jayne, sons Michael, Jamie and Matt and youngest brother Ian were at his bedside.
His death has shattered the close-knit Gold Coast surfing community.
The superfix 62-year-old had survived horror wipe-outs, heart surgery and even being accidentally run over by his wife in their driveway, and friends and family were hopeful he could again defy death.
