So cool that this is here, I've been filled with more than a little trepidation about what I was getting myself into.
A friend went to his first DE with his Carrera. He had a kid who was all about left foot braking as his instructor and of course he spun twice in turn two at Roebling Road. Pretty much put him off of track days in his car. He was advanced too fast for his ability. I did manage to do a nice 4 wheel slide off in turn two, but that was more speed than tire, just slid right off in my miata. But it was on about my 6th track experience and so it didn't freak me out.
Excited about learning how to hustle a 911 around.
