Use Ebay (porsche 911 tools) as a good guide on toolkit pricing. Excellent kits like yours go for $400 - $500 but your set despite it being original does not have much curb appeal here given the rust, oxidation, bag wear, etc. Many aftermarket bags are available as well as OE German tools. If you were to ask in the upper range I could put a toolkit kit together that will look new despite not being OEM for much less!
You can try to clean them up the best you can and sell but honestly I would agree as it sits $100 would be a fair price.
