We need to convert to Coupe Doors now because this will faciltate the fitting of the roof better.
The roof line must line up with the window frames.
The Targa door glass is more straight across than the curved coupe glass is.
Also Targa door glass has a non-framed structure above the door sill.
The glass is not framed in completely like in coupe doors.
First we want to remove the Targa door glass frames.
Here are the frames out of the car, the door glass slides in these rails.
These are the electric motors for the window lifts. I had to remove them first before I can remove the window regulators.
Probably converted from manual lifts.
I am converting back to manual lifts to save weight.
