I rode one and didn't like it. It worked very nicely, but I kept staring at the front wheel. I run into enough things when I'm watching the trail, so this was a deal breaker for me and I wound up with traditional two-legged forks.

Yep, same with me, a mental thing, when I would be on the gate, looking down at the single strut, it would screw with my mind. The Kastan concept came to Lynn while watching air planes land at the airport, or so one friend who rode for him told me.
