This rubbery stuff can be chipped off using hammer and wood chisel.
Due to the car's age, it is probably easier to chip off. This old junk is brittle.
Lot's of work, however it still has to be prepped for paint afterwards.
This job took several days to completely remove the tarry rubber from the floor.
