I missed out on whole muscle car thing growing up in 60s and 70s being in a Porsche household. We sort of had a disdain for overweight ugly Mercian crap and I still feel that way. Best of luck to those who think solid axles and a big iron block over front wheels is cool. Nothing like signing up for something that is sure to disappoint even after thousands invested in suspension. Best off just leaving them stock and driving them in parades.

how could a car guy miss the whole muscle car thing?
drags + nasty-car then the motors popped up in can-am behind F-1 stars
don't want too heavy
build a corvair with an LS-7 in the back seat
or how about a 23T with an alloy frame + turbo dohc4 and decent IFS and IRS
with good brakes
lotus 7 with a hemi ? [no I would not cut an original but lots of copys are around 1/2 built]
I like autocrossable hot rods
