Yeah, boring. I agree with that. Sure, there was a lot more going on back in the pack than just Vettel romping off into the distance. But winning by that big a margin just takes the fun out of the race. Seems to me the other teams need to be asking themselves some hard questions about their own designs and designers. Clearly Newey has found something that nobody else has discovered - the rest of the teams aren't even on the same planet.
For Ferrari still to have not properly calibrated its wind tunnel, which is part of what's going on with that team - well, that's just unexplainable. Montezemola can go crazy and criticize people all he wants, but until he gets someone running that team who can turn it around, the tiffosi are going to continue to deal with disappointment.
And who can explain what's happening at McLaren? Why can they not field a competitive car? Same thing happened last year, but at least by the end of the year, they'd tuned the thing into a race-winner. This year they're just getting their hats handed to them.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, tires. I know. Red Bull and Lotus seem to have the tires figured out, though.
All in all, it's very disappointing. It's to the point where I would much rather watch Australian V-8 Supercars.
