update. The Odometer will pass 400k today. I don't use it for my DDriver anymore but it's running well. Blew head gasket at 340k bought a used engine thinking the 1st one was toast. Took the best heads from the 2 motors (they say these heads are prone to cracking) and had a valve job. I spent a little time tracking down CEL some time ago, new 02 sensor and TPS, Oil pressure sender popped one day but was able to fix it on the road without serious damage.
Replaced Brakes, Tires etc, normal stuff. Still original Trans and Rear end. It was just inspected and passed including emissions.
I was surprised when it got 22mpg on a trip to New Braunfels in June.
Yea, it's faded and the clear coat is pealing, but I've gotten my money's worth out of this truck.
