Welcome to the forum, Luis. I agree that you should pass on this car. It's overall condition show's that it was not taken care of. You can find many cars in the USA for 3 to 4 thousand dollars in much better condition. If you buy the car in the pictures, you'll spend that much easily on repairs and you'll still have an old car is poor condition.
