We have some high milers too...
My wife's, LX450 with factory lockers, JDM winch and a TRD supercharger. We did the head gasket and timing chain when the supercharger was installed at 210k miles.
I gave away my 2000 GMC to a buddy when it had 467,000 kms (280,000 miles). He is still driving it with over 300,000 miles on it. This has a lot of hard oilfield use and had over 12,000 hours on the hour meter (we idle our trucks on location in the winter time).
My 2011 Tundra already has 113,000 kms on it. My 77 911 has over 180,000 miles.
