I used o-ring grease on the seals when installing. Careful not to get grease on contact area of rocker shaft and rocker bush. Wipe on trailing seal on the shaft and receiving bore on far side of rocker area of the cam house. Prelube rocker a couple times after through the feed hole with regular motor oil.
No leaks or torn seals. Followed the Bruce Anderson method of final torque without holding backside to ensure it was parked.
