There is nothing proprietary about that design or protected from an IP standpoint
AFAIK. That said, when the OP builds his own parts and they fail he has nobody to blame but himself.
Anyway, it's highly probable that it's green Loctite 640 cylindrical bonding adhesive as others here have said.
