I haven't tried the RS3s, but I did try the RS2s back when they were the thing. I went from Toyo T1R to RS2. The RS2 had a little better dry grip, but they were the worst tires in the rain that I've ever driven on. In a light rain with minimal standing water at full tread depth they were trying to hydroplane.
