5 - Don't know much about trucks, but a guy I know has a Gale Banks somethingerother turbodeisel which seems pretty impressive.
6/7 - I don't do bikes
But you're forgetting the most important category: "Jackassery Toy"
I think any number of 5-600HP AWD rallycross cars would fit the bill there.
