KNS, I tried to disconnect the temps sensor and doesn't solve the problem. I also removed the resistor and did not help neither.
Wesleyc, you tell me you had the wrong plug in the fan... I have to check that when I'll be home.
Just a precision, I realised that the fan doesn't start if the ventilation in the car is on Cold. But as soon I put it to heat, the rear blower starts (which is normal i think) but the problem is that it never stops...
